Favad Soomro
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERMr. Soomro is the Chief Executive Officer since 2025. He brings a distinguished 25-year tenure with the Engro Group, most recently as Head of the Engro Foundation, where he oversaw CSR initiatives across all Engro subsidiaries.
He joined Engro Fertilizers in 1999 as a Distribution Officer and went on to hold roles in Marketing and Public Affairs, before moving to Engro Polymer and Chemicals as Market Development Advisor. He holds an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.
Nasreen Hassan
HEAD OF TDF MAGNIFISCIENCE CENTREMrs. Hassan is Head of TDF MagnifiScience Centre (MSC). She brings nearly two decades of experience in education, design, and project management, with a strong commitment to making learning accessible and inclusive.
Since joining the Group in 2006, she conceptualised and executed several projects, including the Dawood Development Unit (DDU), MSC, and leading an evening programme for underprivileged students at Dawood Public School. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the Government College for Women.
Christoph S. Sprung
CHIEF GOVERNANCE OFFICERMr. Sprung joined TDF and Dawood Corporation Limited in 2026 as Chief Governance Officer, bringing over 25 years of experience across private business, non-profit institutions, and international organisations. He previously served as Head of External Relations and Communications at Engro's Chairman's Office from 2023 to 2026, and as Director of TDF MagnifiScience Centre from 2021 to 2023.
He brings extensive experience building public-private partnerships across industry, government, and civil society, including more than a decade at the World Economic Forum. He holds a Diploma (Univ.) in Political Science from Freie Universität Berlin.
